Wages: $26.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
Overtime Wage: $39.00 per hour after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
Work Location: Unit 6- 5945 176A Street, Surrey, BC V3S 0A2 (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option)

Eligibility:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Assist cleaners in performing their duties as needed.
• Coordinate work activities with other departments.
