Responsibilities

Tasks

Cut agricultural crops

Develop specific plans to prioritize

Greenhouse cleaning

Organize tasks to accomplish the work

Oversee the activities of clearing the fields

Oversee the process of hoeing crops

Weeding

Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures

Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying orharvesting

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers

Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed

Maintain quality control and production records

Maintain work records and logs

Hire and train staff

Perform general farm duties

Wage 

$22.00 per hour
