Job Description:

• Cut grass and maintain lawns using mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
• Plant trees, flowers, shrubs, and other plants
• Water plants, lawns, and garden areas
• Remove weeds and maintain garden beds
• Rake leaves and collect yard waste
• Spread soil, mulch, fertilizer, and seeds as required
• Assist with landscape construction tasks such as installing sod, pathways, and other landscaping features
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
• Clean and maintain outdoor work areas and job sites
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and supplies
• Assist in preparing sites for landscaping work by clearing debris and leveling ground
• Perform other general grounds maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

• No formal education is required.
• Experience is an asset; however, on-the-job training will be provided.

Work Conditions:

•  Work is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
• Physically demanding work involving lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
