Overtime:                                       $28.50/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Observed Holidays:                       As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 holidays/yr 
Education:                                       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:                                    7 months to less than 1 year

Language of work:                         English

Age of Kid:                                      1 Year

             
Job Duties and Requirements:

• Prepare and serve age-appropriate meals, soft foods, and bottles or sippy cups as per instructions, along with performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying.
• Bathe child, dress appropriately for weather and change diapers promptly.
• Encourage developmental milestones such as pulling-to-stand, early walking, and fine motor activities like stacking blocks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment with a focus on hygiene and child safety.
• Ensure the child’s overall well-being, providing attentive care and supervision in the absence of parents.

Other Terms:

4% vacation pay as per British Columbia regulations will be paid each pay day on a bi-weekly basis.
