Motorway Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. is looking for 2 Truck Mechanics for a full-time permanent position.

Wages: $36.60/hour, 35 hours/week

Work Location: 2-7399 River Road, Delta, British Columbia V4G 1B2

Job Duties:

• Inspect and test mechanical units, such as engines, transmissions, axles and brake systems, to locate faults and malfunctions.
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit.
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, automotive and truck trailer systems.
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components
• Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune ups.
• Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications.
• Advise drivers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.
• Review Work Orders

Requirements:     

• Secondary education is required.
• 2-3 years experience is required
• Language: English
