Duties: 

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and put in place operating processes.
• Address Customer complaints and concerns on time.
• Establish work schedules for employees and monitor their performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
