Job Title: Printing Supervisor
Location: North York, Ontario (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Wage: $36.00 – $37.00 per hour (negotiable)

Position Overview

The Printing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within a printing environment. This role ensures that workflow is efficient, production targets are met, and all safety and quality standards are maintained. The supervisor will coordinate team activities, manage resources, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily production activities to meet operational targets
  • Establish and implement work procedures to ensure timely completion of print jobs
  • Supervise staff and ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations
  • Monitor production quality and recommend improvements to enhance output standards
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement corrective measures to improve productivity
  • Resolve operational issues and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Requisition and manage inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain effective communication with management regarding production status and challenges

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a related printing or production environment
  • Language: Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production setting
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and supervisory skills

Work Environment

  • On-site role (no remote work option)
  • Manufacturing/printing facility setting
  • Requires coordination of physical operations and team supervision
