Camosack Property Services Inc. is looking for a Permanent & Full-time (30 - 40 hrs/week) Framer Carpenters.
Position: 1
Salary: $32.00 to 38.00 and 30 to 40 hours/week

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities
-Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
-Prepare layouts that comply with building codes using precise measuring tools.
-Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and others.
-Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and build wall and roof systems.
-Install and fit windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
-Oversee and supervise other workers.
-Perform maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and wooden structures in various settings, including mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other facilities.

Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a two to three-year apprenticeship program
or
A combination of two to three years of work experience in the trade and some high school, college or industry courses in carpentry is required
Work Location: All over the Lower Mainland, Vancouver.
