Food and Beverage Service Manager

Global Spectrum Facility Management LP. #1-300 Highway 2 Dawson Creek, BC V1G 04A – seeking eight (8) experienced Food and Beverage Manager to fulfill short term contract to work at a special event in Calgary, AB from August 1 to August 30, 2026. Adhere to the standards, rules & regulation specific to special event, train & monitor on such regulations, responsible for ensuring local staff is trained and displays proper etiquette surrounding all aspects of the hospitality service provided, accurately report all inventory & product movement via web based reporting software & advanced technology specific to the event, accountability for all cash and credit transactions in assigned concessions, handle any customer disputes or complaints, manage a staff of up to 50 individuals, lift weight of 75 lbs +, ability to work in various weather conditions. 5+ years’ experience requirements with: Site/grounds management, working Special Events such as PGA, LPGA, Champions Tour, experience working in the food and beverage industry, Must be able to evaluate site/ground conditions to ensure structure set up is done properly and meets all current code requirements, have the technical understanding of all event equipment and perform any necessary repairs and/or maintenance on site, fork lift certified. $36/Hr, 10-15 days straight 10hrs/day.
