Hotel Manager

Salary: $40.00 Per hour

Hours: 30 to 40 per week

Language: English

Terms of employment: Full Time/Permanent

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff; hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
• Monitor room occupancy, manage reservations, and adjust pricing to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and booking platforms, ensuring accurate listings and inventory.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements based on guest feedback.
