Position Description

Position: Landscaping Supervisor
Type of employment: Full-Time
No of positions: 1
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible
Work Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver areas in BC.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $36.70 per hour
Overtime and Vacation Pay
Stable & full-time employment

Referral Bonus: $1000.00 CAD (for current employees of Reliable Exterior Finishing Ltd)
Relocation Assistance: $1500.00 CAD (for qualified candidates coming from different cities, provinces, or regions).

Job Responsibilities: 

Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns
Plan and direct grounds maintenance
Plan and estimate labour and materials
Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
Maintain work records and logs
Read blueprints and drawings
Repair and maintain equipment
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Job Requirements:

Languages:
•English

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
• 1 year to less than 2 years

Location:
• On-site; all work must be completed at the designated physical location. Remote work is not available.
Work Setting:
• Various locations
• Employer covers relocation costs
