Custom Pins is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Challenge Coin Maker to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with designers and production specialists to create high-quality challenge coins for businesses, organizations, and commemorative events.

The ideal candidate has an eye for fine details and an appreciation for craftsmanship. Experience with custom metal products, artwork preparation, or manufacturing processes is a plus, though a passion for creating memorable pieces matters just as much.

Responsibilities:
