Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook cold dishes, appetizers, and pastries according to standardized recipes.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines for cold food preparation and storage.
- Assist in inventory management for cold kitchen and pastry ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and cold kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the Cold Dish & Pastry Chef to ensure consistent quality and timely preparation.
