Main Duties

  • Operate and drive company vehicles to deliver medical supplies, orthopedic products, rehabilitation equipment and other healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities and medical offices.
  • Load, unload and verify products to ensure deliveries are accurate, complete and made on schedule.
  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while maintaining delivery schedules.
  • Promote and sell Merhaba's healthcare products to existing and prospective customers during deliveries and client visits.
  • Explain product features, benefits and pricing to healthcare professionals and assist them in selecting products that meet their operational and clinical needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities and medical offices to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare sales orders, invoices, delivery records and collect payments when required.
  • Follow up with customers regarding product satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure products are available and orders are fulfilled promptly.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Comply with company policies, transportation regulations and safe handling procedures for healthcare products.
