Job Description:

• Managed end-to-end recruitment by evaluating staffing needs, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Providing guidance and support to both the employer & employees on HR policies and procedures, including benefits and compensation.
• Review applicant profiles, contact candidates, and coordinate interviews with selected applicants.
• Handle employee relations matters and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Oversee filing and record-keeping activities to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Manage employee performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Facilitate employee development, and training programs and promote fair treatment and equal opportunities for all employees.
• Assess employee eligibility for benefits and entitlements, coordinate staff training, and support employee recognition and assistance programs.
• Guide applicants through the recruitment process and communicate hiring decisions by issuing selection notifications and job offers.
• Provide information on employment requirements, workplace policies, and terms and conditions of employment to applicants.
• Maintain workplace health and safety records, including incident reports, safety training documentation, and compliance records.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
• Previous experience in a similar field is an asset.
