Fibretech Distributors Inc. is currently hiring a Manufacturing Coordinator for a permanent and full-time position to join their team in Surrey as soon as possible.

Education: Secondary (High) School

Experience: 2-3 years of experience required 

Number of openings: 1

Wage: $36.60/hr

Language: English

Hours: 30-40 Hours per week

Employment Term: Full time - permanent 

Job Description:

• Oversee, plan, and coordinate the work of employees who assemble, fabricate, and inspect products.
• Provide strategies for adhering to work schedules and coordinating tasks with other departments.
• Address issues at work and make suggestions for ways to increase output and the quality of work.
• Obtain supplies and materials on demand
• Train employees on company policies, safety protocols, and job duties.
• Encourage hiring’s and promotions among other personnel actions.
• Make reports on production and other matters.
• Plan to set up machinery and apparatus.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary (High)School
•  2-3 years of experience required
