Bally Landscaping & Gardening Ltd at 13130 99 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 1E9 is looking to hire a Landscaping supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Hire, supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate landscaping staff to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Plan, organize, and oversee the planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, flowers, gardens, lawns, and other landscape features for residential, commercial, and public properties.
Develop daily and weekly work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Plan and direct grounds maintenance
Plan and estimate labour and materials
Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
Maintain work records and logs
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company specifications, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
Requisition, order, and monitor inventory of landscaping materials, plants, tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
Assist with the planting and ongoing maintenance of private and public lawns, gardens, trees, and landscape features when operational requirements demand.
