Bally Landscaping & Gardening Ltd at 13130 99 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 1E9 is looking to hire a Landscaping supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate landscaping staff to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

• Plan, organize, and oversee the planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, flowers, gardens, lawns, and other landscape features for residential, commercial, and public properties.

• Develop daily and weekly work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Plan and direct grounds maintenance

• Plan and estimate labour and materials

• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work

• Maintain work records and logs
  Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company specifications, safety regulations, and customer expectations.

• Requisition, order, and monitor inventory of landscaping materials, plants, tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites

• Assist with the planting and ongoing maintenance of private and public lawns, gardens, trees, and landscape features when operational requirements demand.
