We, Barn Nork Aharn Thai are looking for a Full-Time & Permanent Restaurant Manager.

Wage: $38.40/hr. based on 30-36 hrs./wk.

Language: English
Education: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
Experience: Several years of experience in the food service and front-line operations, including supervising and training team members.
Skills: A successful candidate must be:

  • Positive, calm, and growth-oriented attitude that aligns with Thai service culture
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to lead by example and set the team’s pace
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift 40 to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented with an energetic, friendly personality

Job description:
- Actively participate in all FOH roles, including front cash, phone orders, expediting, packing, delivery, and table service for indoor and patio dining.
- Assist with cleaning and waste removal as needed.
- Guest Relations: Manage guest communications, resolve conflicts, and address order errors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ordering for beverages, takeout containers, and paper/plastic products via Slopeside and City Nova.
- Facilities Management: Oversee weekly ordering and maintenance of linens, aprons, and mats through Canadian Linen.
- Ensure the dry storage, front service area, and staff areas are organized and clean, setting the standard for the rest of the team.
- Leadership: Hire & supervise staff, develop operational systems for maximum efficiency, and maintain a proactive relationship with all members of the team.
