Sales Supervisor

Brampton, ON

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales and customer service staff.
  • Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and monitor employee performance.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with independent optical stores, optometrists, optical clinics, and eyewear retailers.
  • Assist in identifying and developing new wholesale customer accounts throughout Ontario.
  • Coordinate quotations, order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management regarding stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and customer activity reports.
  • Assist in implementing sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and trade show activities.
  • Authorize routine returns, exchanges, and customer service adjustments in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Support the achievement of company sales objectives and perform sales and customer service duties as required during the company's growth.
