MyoHealth Rehab and Wellness Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team of healthcare providers! We are a private clinic that specializes in the treatment of clients injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents.

Joining this multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic with two locations in the GTA (Scarborough and Etobicoke) offers the right individuals the opportunity to collaborate with a team in providing exceptional care to our clients in a culture that is client-focused, diverse, inclusive and encourages personal growth.

We are seeking a Physiotherapist Assistant to join our team!

This position is for Full-Time hours, 4 days a week, 9am-7pm. (In Office)

What your day to day would look like:

• Under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, the successful candidate carries out treatment programs such as thermotherapy, traction, hydrotherapy and electrotherapeutic techniques to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities to maximize their ability to independently manage daily activities.

What you need to be successful:

· Strong time-management skills required.

· Excellent communication skills required with an ability to collaborate with other team members and a strong understanding of when and how to make interdisciplinary referrals.

· New graduates accepted.

· MVA experience preferred but not mandatory.

· Access to reliable transportation required.
