Wage: $44.80 per hour

Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the retail business.
• Plan and organize daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise staff, assign duties and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
• Review market trends, customer demand, potential sales volumes and competitor activities.
• Assist in determining the merchandise and services to be offered by the business.
• Implement pricing, credit and related store policies.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, revenues and operating expenses.
• Determine staffing requirements based on operational needs.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, supply shortages and other operational issues.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise employees.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback where required.

Supervision: 5 to 10 employees.
