 Hiring Construction Manager – to start as soon as possible

 NOC-70010

Full time, permanent position

40 hours per week

Hourly wage: $60-$65 per hour

Based in Armstrong, BC (on site work in region required)  

 Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Create work schedules and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other professionals.
• Review and manage construction contracts and project changes.
• Manage quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to clients.
• Order and purchase materials.
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
• Represent the company in business transactions.

Job requirements:

• English language
• Completion of a university degree or college diploma
• 2 years related work experience
