Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Gas Station Manager or 3-4 years of experience as a Gas Station Supervisor

Ability to supervise: 5-10 people

Specific Skills
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and protocols
- Ordering and maintaining inventory levels of all products sold at the station, including fuel, food, beverages, tobacco products, automotive supplies, and other items
- Coordinating the delivery of fuel to the station and ordering additional supplies as needed
- Communicating with suppliers about pricing changes to plan for future expenses
- Managing employee recruitment and training efforts to ensure that all employees are properly trained in their job duties
- Monitoring pump prices to ensure that they are consistent with market prices for similar stations in the area
- Scheduling employees’ work hours based on business demands and staffing requirements
- Conducting employee performance reviews to ensure that individuals are meeting job requirements
- Ensure that employee conduct standards are always met and implement the company’s disciplinary policy with written warnings and terminations.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure that the business has enough capital to pay bills on time and make investments in equipment or facilities
- Make decisions on all products sold and services offered with the goal of maximizing station revenue as per Husky guidelines.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Ensure that safety protocols required for gas stations are always followed.
- Ensure that security protocols, such as maintaining small amounts of cash on premises, are always followed.
