Company Introduction

Local Asphalt Paving Ltd. is a Saskatoon-based construction company providing asphalt paving and related construction services for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The company provides services including paving, site preparation, driveways, roads, sidewalks, curbs, and other related construction work.

We are currently seeking Construction Workers to join our team and support ongoing construction and paving projects in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Assist with site preparation and general construction work.
• Mix, pour, spread, and level materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist with asphalt paving, raking, leveling, and compacting.
• Operate or assist with construction tools and equipment as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of work areas.
• Remove rubble, debris, and other materials from construction sites.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites when required.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform other related construction duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's licence.
• First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Able to perform physically demanding work and handle construction materials.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
