Position Detail
Position: Cook
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17.50 per hour
Hours: at least 30 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Main Duties
- Prepare a wide range of dishes and complete meals
- Adapt and create menu items to accommodate guests withallergies or special dietary needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food preparationareas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Instruct and mentor team members on proper food preparationtechniques, cooking methods, and safe handling practices.
- Track and manage inventory and supplies levels as needed.
- Keep all kitchen workspaces, equipment, and utensils clean andsanitized to uphold hygiene standards.

Employment Requirements
- Completion of Secondary school
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Experience preparing Japanese or sushi ciusine is an asset.
- Possesses and able to carry out work with the followingcharacteristics:
