Terms of Employment: Term or Contract
Contract/ Full-time 40 hours/week paid at $20.45/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage employees 5-10 workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and store supplies
• Hire food service staffs
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customer's complaints and concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repair, sales and wastage
• Prepare budget and submit reports 
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies

Work Conditions:

• Fast-paced environment and work on tight schedules
• Standing for extended periods and attention to details
• Physically demanding

Job requirements:

• At least high school  graduate or it's equivalent foreign graduates
• Work Experience of at least 2 years
• Can speak and write in English
• Criminal Record Check (Proof)
