Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Night Clerk Supervisor to join our hotel team. If you have strong leadership skills, enjoy working overnight shifts, and have experience in the hospitality industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary: $21.00 per hour
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements
-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
-At least 2 years of experience in the occupation
-Ability to work on-site in Brandon, Manitoba.
-Availability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
-Establish work schedules and procedures.
-Coordinate, assign, and review the work of front desk staff.
-Perform the same duties as the employees being supervised when required.
-Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
-Ensure excellent customer service and efficient front desk operations during the night shift.
-Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
