Vacancy: Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $21.70 per Hour, for 40.00 Hours per week

Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary school
Requirements: 1 to 2 years of work experience in food service sector
Work Locations: 716 2nd ave W Prince Rupert, BC V8J 1H3

Job Duties:
•             Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.

•             Controls labor hours and cash flow while on shift.

•             Helps maintain records for safety and appropriately documents performance and/or incidents in personnel files.

•             Completes assigned shift paperwork.

•             Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

•             Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.

•             Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

•             May participate in the hiring of crew members and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.

•             Handling cash and Cash deposits.
