Our restaurant serves traditional hotpot. We are in Regina, Saskatchewan. We are now looking for an experienced full-time Cook.

Wage: $ 17.00- $18.00 per hour.
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Working (Business) Location: 2410 Dewdney Ave., Suite 270, Regina, SK S4R 1H6

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by the dietitian or chef.
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.

Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school.
- 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling, and so on.)
