12393107 Canada Inc. O/A Desi Road, located at 185 Fletchers Creek Blvd #1, Brampton, ON L6X 0Y7, requires 1 Restaurant Manager on a Perm/FT basis.

Wages—$37.25 Per Hour
Hours – 37.50 hours per week
Education—College
Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of verifiable experience. Additionally,

Job Duties:

1. Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant along with health and safety compliance.
2. Co-ordinate with the kitchen team for consistency in taste and quality along with continuous improvement, alterations, and editions in the menu items.
3. Logistics and management co-ordination between the restaurant and the catering location,
4. Recruitment and Training of Staff
5. Oversee inventory management, place orders, and execute returns and exchanges
6. Meet with large-volume event clients for setting the menu and price quotation and finalizing the negotiations.
7. Assist the management to participate in community events, launch seasonal promotions, etc.
8. Any other relevant tasks.
