Job description

LA Patches is looking for an organized, detail-focused coordinator to manage relationships with retail and wholesale buyers. Ever think about what keeps a shop fully stocked without ever running into delays or mismatched orders? Clear communication and tight inventory tracking make that happen, and this role sits right at the center of that process. The right candidate helps retailers source wholesale patches for hats and other product lines, managing order timelines, pricing questions, and shipment schedules. You will work closely with production teams, making sure every wholesale order ships accurately and on time.
