2399968 Ontario Inc, O/A Punjabi By Nature located at 8887 Gore Rd, BramptonON, L6P 2K9 requires 1 Indian Dessert Maker on Permanent/Full time basis.

Wages: $ 37/ hour

Hours: 37.50 per week

Education – Not required

Experience - Must have 2 years to Less than 3 years of verifiable experience.

Duties

1. Prepare and produce restaurant-style desserts, including cakes, pastries, puddings, custards, mousses, cheesecakes, and other specialty or fusion desserts.
2. Prepare dessert components such as creams, sauces, fillings, toppings, coulis, and garnishes required for dessert service.
3. Assemble, decorate, and plate desserts according to the restaurant's presentation, portion, and quality standards.
4. Prepare and maintain chilled and frozen desserts, ensuring proper storage, freshness, consistency, and temperature control.
5. Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent taste, texture, portion size, appearance, and quality of all desserts.
6. Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, hygiene, labeling, storage, and rotation of dessert ingredients and finished products.
7. Maintain and clean the dessert preparation area, equipment, utensils, refrigerators, freezers, and workstations in accordance with restaurant standards.
8. Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of desserts
