 JEWELLERY SALES ASSOCIATE

Location: Brampton, Ontario

Work arrangement: On site

Wage and hours: $20.00 per hour / 30 hours per week

Employment terms: Permanent, full-time

Schedule: Morning, day and evening shifts

Start date: As soon as possible

Language: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: No experience required, training will be provided

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify their jewellery preferences and assist them in selecting suitable products for personal use, gifts and special occasions.

Explain the features, quality and pricing of gold jewellery, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, earrings, pendants and jewellery sets.

Provide information about available jewellery styles, sizes, materials, designs and customization options.

Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences and budgets, and answer questions about merchandise.

Prepare sales invoices, process customer payments and handle purchases, exchanges and returns according to store policies.

Assist customers with special orders and customized jewellery requests, and communicate order details and delivery timelines.
