Duties to be performed: 1. Prepares and cooks; Completes meals or Individual dishes and foods; Plans menus; Determines size of food portions.
2. Estimates food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies; Inspects kitchens and food service areas.
3. Train staffs in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Orders supplies and equipment; Maintains inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, Organize and manage buffets and banquets; Manage kitchen operations. Work-setting: Bar/ Restaurant Credential:
