Permanent Position: Construction Manager (NOC: 0711)

Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)

Wage Rate:  $38.00- $39.00/Hourly, 37.50 per Week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: High School required, College diploma an asset.

Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience

Language: English

Job Duties:

• Hire oversee and direct workers.
• Review the project in-depth to estimate costs, plan and manage budget.  
• Oversee all constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress and prepare work, performance reports etc.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 23 lbs.
