Job Duties: Co-ordinator - Maintenance and Operations

1. Oversee and coordinate between various departments such as production, maintenance and shipping/receiving.
2. Stock handling and inventory management such as machine parts and cleaning supplies as and when needed.
3. Co-ordination and Liaison between operations and maintenance Team.
4. Re-Arrange or shuffle work schedule of floor staff as per the essence of the time.
5. Ensure machines are deep cleaned and maintained from time to time to avoid any breakdown of machinery.
6. Routine inspection of building to determine if additional maintenance or repairs are required
7. Ensure maintenance room is organized properly as per the 5S procedures
8. Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations of the business.
