Retail Store supervisor

Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
Meeting sales goals by training, motivation, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure Accounting received accurate paperwork and handle merchandise pulls.
Understand and manage Product Knowledge and be responsible for Store Team Members.
Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs & innovative ideas to increase sales.
Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
All other relevant tasks.
